Dean of Students Marketing Team
Web and Print Design | October 2015 - June 2019
My First Design Job
When I was a second year Architecture student there were two things I spent all my money one: Architecture Supplies and Pizza. Supplies were expensive as hell and I was always cooped up in my design studio till late hours in the night that I always had pizza delivered to my studio. This lifestyle became too costly so I knew I needed to find a job. My college’s Dean of Student’s Office was looking for a Web and Print Designer so I sent in my application and portfolio asap. I had little graphic design experience at this point besides all my architecture projects, but they saw my potential and hired me a few hours after my interview! My four years was met with a lot of fun and frustration, but it really helped me grow as a designer.
Shoutout to my team! We were small but a well oiled machine! (Please excuse the poor photoshopping, we needed to make a quick Christmas card for our boss)
My Day to Day
As the job entails, I was working on lots of Web and Print Projects. Our projects ranged from creating collateral for small events, to creating whole campaigns. We worked with many different departments within the Dean of Students, I worked mainly with Cal Poly’s Multicultural Center and Safer offices. I’ve created posters, flyers, t-shirt designs, logos, stickers, etc. Since our team was only 6 people we had a lot of projects going around. All the work I’ll be showing are the projects I deemed my favorite.

Pups Against The Patriarchy
Safer, Sticker Design
Pups Against The Patriarchy was a campaign that the coordinator of Safer approached me about. She wanted me to create a sticker that plays off this title that she could pass out to students to spread awareness of the message, as well as the Safer office on campus.
